1. General Provisions

  1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods, once accepted by the Customer, constitute a legal document defining the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller, as well as the procedures for purchase, payment, delivery, returns, and other provisions.
  2. The Seller provides the opportunity to conclude a Contract on the Website 7 days a week.
  3. Goods are delivered across the European Union, in accordance with the delivery conditions shown on the Website at the time of ordering.
  4. The following persons may purchase Goods: legally capable adults; minors from the age of 14 with parental consent; legal entities; authorized representatives.
  5. Contracts are concluded in the English language. Information about the Goods is provided during ordering, by email message, and/or on another durable medium.

2. Ordering Goods

  1. Goods can be ordered by logging into an account or as a guest.
  2. When submitting an order, the following details must be provided: first name, last name, address, phone number, email address.
  3. Agreement with the Rules is mandatory; otherwise, ordering Goods is not possible.
  4. The order is submitted by clicking the “Order with an obligation to pay” button. The moment of conclusion of the Contract is set out in Section 3.
  5. The Seller sends an order confirmation by email.
  6. If the Goods are not available in stock, the order may be canceled within 3 business days.

3. Moment of Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Contract

The Contract is deemed to be concluded from the moment the email “Tacshop.eu – order confirmation” is received.

4. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

  • The right to purchase Goods and to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days (Section 8).
  • The obligation to safeguard login details and comply with the Rules.

5. Seller’s Obligations

  • To provide the possibility to use the Website services.
  • To process personal data lawfully.
  • To deliver the Goods to the specified address.

6. Price of Goods and Payment

  • All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout and on the Payments information page (card payment, Visa and Mastercard, via Stripe).
  • Goods are dispatched only after payment has been received.

7. Delivery of Goods

  • By courier.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch. Goods shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse (as shown next to the “Add to cart” button) are delivered within 4–7 business days. In exceptional cases delivery may take longer, but no more than 30 days.
  • If the Goods cannot be delivered or are not collected within 7 days and are returned to the Seller, the Seller will contact the Customer to arrange re-delivery or the termination of the Contract with a refund of the amounts paid. The Customer bears the cost of re-delivery only if the delivery failed through the Customer’s fault.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • The Customer has the right, without giving any reason, to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the Goods — this is a statutory right. In addition to this right, the Seller voluntarily offers an extended 30 (thirty) calendar day return period, which is more favourable to the Customer than the statutory minimum and whose conditions are described on the Returns Information page. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer informs the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Contract before the withdrawal period expires, by any unequivocal statement or by using the model withdrawal form below (its use is not obligatory). The deadline is met if the statement is sent before the period has expired. We recommend sending it by email to info@tacticalshop.lt with the order number, the Goods being returned, the Customer’s name and address — this helps us refund faster, but these details are not a condition for withdrawal.
  • If the Customer withdraws within the statutory 14-day period, the Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the handling of the Goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; the Seller may not refuse such a return. For returns under the voluntary extended period (from day 15 to day 30 after receipt), the Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned Goods, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the Contract. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the Goods back or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the payment card used for the purchase, unless the Customer chooses a refund as a Tacticalshop voucher.
  • For Goods without a defect, the return shipping cost is paid by the Customer, unless the Customer chooses a refund as a Tacticalshop voucher, in which case the Seller pays the return shipping cost.
  • Defective Goods are returned at the Seller’s expense.

9. Warranties

  • The 2-year legal guarantee applies to the Goods from the date of delivery; the manufacturer’s warranty, where provided, applies in addition to it. Claims are submitted by email to info@tacticalshop.lt with photos of the Goods and the order details; the Seller bears the costs of returning defective Goods. If the Goods are repaired at the consumer’s request, the statutory liability period is extended once by one year.
  • Possible claims include: repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

10. Final Provisions

  • The Seller has the right to amend the Rules. Amendments take effect when published on the Website; the version in force when a Contract is concluded applies to that Contract.
  • These Rules and the relationship between the Parties arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Customer’s country of habitual residence.
  • Disputes are first resolved through negotiations. A Customer may contact the consumer protection authority of their own country of residence. As the Seller is registered in Lithuania, a complaint may also be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt.
