We invite every customer to leave a review after delivery, we check each review before it is published, and we do not remove negative reviews.
How we check reviews
MB "Tactical Shop" wants the reviews published in our shop to be genuine and useful to other buyers. Below we explain how reviews are collected and checked, and why we sometimes do not publish a review.
Who can leave a review
We send an invitation to review the purchased products to every customer after their order is delivered, to everyone alike, without picking those we expect to be satisfied. The review form in the invitation is linked to a specific order. A review can also be left on the product page.
How we check
Every review is checked before it is published, to make sure it follows the rules below.
The "Verified buyer" label is shown only when the author of the review has bought that product in our shop. This is checked automatically against our order data.
We do not remove negative reviews
A critical but genuine opinion stays published. We try to respond to it and offer a solution.
When we do not publish or remove a review
If the review:
- is false or defamatory;
- is obscene, threatening or discriminatory;
- is promotional and unrelated to the product;
- discloses personal data of third parties.
Each case is assessed individually.
Dates
Each review shows the date it was left, so you can see how recent the information is.
Discounts and incentives
After a purchase we send every customer a thank-you discount code for their next order. It is not tied to a review: you receive the code whether or not you leave a review and whatever rating you give. We offer no gifts or discounts for reviews on our website, Google or Trustpilot.
What we never do
We do not write reviews ourselves or order them from third parties. We do not ask anyone to change or remove a negative review in exchange for a discount or compensation. We do not choose who receives an invitation based on the rating we expect.
