You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
How to return
Write to us
You can tell us by any clear statement. Email is easiest: write to info@tacticalshop.lt with your order number, the items you are returning, your name and your address, so we can refund you faster. You can also use the model withdrawal form in Section 8 of the purchase and sale rules. If you call +370 648 67788, we will help you fill everything in.
Send the item back
For items without a defect, you pay the return shipping. If you choose a refund as a voucher, we pay for the return shipping.
Get your money
We refund the money within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned items.
Refund options
You can get your money back in two ways:
- Refunded to the card you paid with.
- As a Tacticalshop voucher. If you choose this option, the return is free for you.
Return conditions
If you tell us within 14 days of receiving the items (your statutory right of withdrawal), we will not refuse the return. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For returns from day 15 to day 30 (our voluntary period), the item must meet these conditions:
- It is in its original, intact packaging.
- It is not damaged.
- It is unused and has kept its original appearance.
- It has the same accessories and contents you received.
Items with a defect
These conditions apply to returns of items without a defect. If an item is defective, the 2-year legal guarantee applies: email info@tacticalshop.lt with photos of the item and your order details. We pay the costs of returning a defective item.
Items that cannot be returned
You cannot return items that:
- were not bought from Tacticalshop;
- are returned from day 15 to day 30 and have been used or damaged intentionally or through negligence.
You also cannot return items covered by the exceptions in Article 6.22810(2) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, for example:
- goods made to your specification or personalised;
- sealed goods that you unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear);
- perishable goods with a short shelf life;
- sealed video or software media that you unsealed after delivery.
Under Article 6.3641 of the Civil Code, the buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect in the item is minor.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is set by law. We offer the 30-day period voluntarily, because it is better for you. Full conditions are in the purchase and sale rules.
