Katadyn Micropur Forte MF 1T Water Disinfectant, 50 Tab.

Katadyn Micropur Forte MF 1T (50 (2x25) tablets) are made for fast and effective disinfection of clear water. They're essential for any traveler who wants to avoid contaminated water, whether brushing teeth or drinking it.

Thanks to the strong oxidizing power of chlorine, most protozoa, fungi, bacteria and viruses are eliminated: contact time is 30 minutes for bacteria and viruses, 2 hours for giardia in clear water. It's recommended to disinfect the water every time you fill a container, or to preserve water already added.

Dosage is 1 tablet per liter of water, and one pack treats up to 50 L. Disinfection lasts 2-3 years, preservation lasts 5 years. For turbid water, pre-treat with a Katadyn water filter.
