They absorb impact effectively, add stability underfoot, and help distribute and reduce the load on muscles, joints and ligaments, protecting the feet from deformation. A mesh layer gives good ventilation and a comfortable microclimate inside the boot.
The flexible material conforms to any foot position, making long walks noticeably more comfortable. The insoles suit sports, tactical and casual footwear, are easy to remove and can be machine washed.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle or by hand. Dry naturally, away from direct heat.
