M-Tac Double AK Mag Pouch with Cover Gen.III

M-Tac Double AK Mag Pouch with Cover Gen.III – a double magazine pouch made of Cordura 1000D with a flap for two AR/AK-type magazines; the manufacturer states that Kalashnikov RPK-74 magazines will fit as well.

Flap

The flap can be attached to the back panel of the pouch or removed entirely, turning the pouch into an open one. The hook-and-loop lets you adjust the flap height to the size of the magazines.

Shape and attachment

According to the manufacturer, the pouch's carefully thought-out shape keeps the magazines from falling out accidentally while you move. The sides are made of nylon webbing, so the magazines are easy to take out. The overall volume is adjusted by an elastic cord with a toggle at the bottom. The pouch attaches to a plate carrier or by the RPS MOLLE system; on the front there is another MOLLE system for extra gear.
