Inside and outside
Inside there are two fairly large mesh pockets, and elastic straps sewn on at the top help secure your items. The front has a Velcro panel for patches and ID tags. On the back there is a hook that lets you attach the organizer to the MOLLE system of a backpack or bag, or to trouser belt loops.
