M-Tac Medical Vertical Small Gen.II Elite

Vertical medical pouch for storing medical supplies, consisting of a main pouch and an inner IFAK organizer with a vertical pull-out system. Both parts are made of Cordura 500D.

What changed in Gen.II

The main difference from the previous generation is the MOLLE panels on the sides, to which you can attach a tourniquet pouch or medical scissors. The pouch itself attaches with a Laser Cut MOLLE interface.

Organizer

The organizer flap is attached to the outer pouch – this keeps the kit in place and lets you pull it out quickly when needed. The organizer closes with hook-and-loop, like a pencil case; inside there are three compartments and two levels of elastic bands. The inner side walls are reinforced with nylon webbing that helps keep the shape, and an additional strap holds the first aid kit.
