M-Tac Plate Carrier Cuirass Elite Gen.II – a tactical vest (plate carrier) made of Cordura 500D. According to the manufacturer, it is compatible with standard ESAPI (US) Medium plates (31.8 × 24.1 cm) with beveled top corners.
Quick-release system
The main difference of this model from earlier generations is the Duraflex quick-release buckles on the cummerbund. The system works the same on the left and right sides.
Construction
Inside the vest there are 3D mesh inserts. At the front there is a hook-and-loop panel with slots for MOLLE-compatible gear and patches, and at the top a small pocket with an AquaGuard zipper for small flat items. At the bottom there is a quick-release module with 3 magazine pouches, additionally attached with Woojin carabiners. The back has a classic MOLLE interface and an emergency drag handle.
