The M-Tac summer combat shirt combines different fabrics for different needs: the body is made from Polartec fire-resistant knit (66% modacrylic, 29% lyocell, 5% spandex), giving fire and water resistance along with softness.
The sleeves and collar use NYCO Extreme (57% nylon, 43% cotton) — a lightweight Brookwood fabric that is roughly 3 times more tear-resistant, 10 times more breathable and dries faster than regular NYCO. Hardware is YKK.
The designers added mesh inserts in the armpits for ventilation and moisture management. Sleeves have vertical pockets with flaps; Velcro panels include holes for glow sticks. The left sleeve has additional pockets for pens.
Wash according to label; do not wring. Dry naturally.
