Dnipro TQ is a Ukrainian maker of tactical medical gear — a textile manufacturer until 2022, which switched over when the war began. Its Gen 2 tourniquet grew out of real combat experience and, alongside SICH, is widely used by the Ukrainian armed forces.

A windlass rod, a Velcro strap for fast sizing, and a notched metal buckle so it will not slip once tensioned. It goes on with one hand.
