Pentagon Artaxes Soft-shell Woodland

Softshell jacket in Woodland made of a 2-way stretch fabric (94% polyester, 6% elastane) with a laminated Storm|Tex membrane and a DWR Teflon coating (Grade 4). The manufacturer states that the jacket is designed for active use and demanding conditions; the cut is slim-fit.

Water resistance and breathability

The manufacturer states a fabric water resistance (WP) of 8000 mm and breathability (MPV) of 5000 g/m² (American standard, in combination with the DWR coating). The seams are not taped, so the jacket itself is not fully waterproof.

Hood and pockets

The jacket has a stow-away 3-point adjustable hood with a removable reflector patch, a wrist pocket for an ID card or similar items, large back cargo pockets at the waist and an earphone exit port.

Ventilation and lining

Under the arms there are ventilation openings with insect-blocking mesh. The lining is Grid|Tech super-fine waffle fleece, and the elbows are reinforced. The main zipper is a YKK dual-direction zipper.
