The key difference of this model is its closed design, which reliably protects the contents from dirt and dust. A strap loop on the front flap allows quick and easy access to the tourniquet.
A special Velcro tab at the bottom of the opening allows two modes: with the tab fastened, the pouch stays partly closed and the tourniquet must be pulled out from the top; with the tab tucked inside, the pouch opens fully for easier removal. A Velcro cross symbol panel on the front aids fast identification as a first-aid item, and there is enough space for additional patches such as blood-type identifiers.
