M-Tac Elite Rip Off Medical Pouch with MOLLE

The M-Tac Elite Rip Off is a professional IFAK medical pouch built for fast access to first-aid supplies. Made from extremely durable 1000D Cordura; the back adapter uses laminated Cordura with Tegris thermoplastic for rigidity.

It attaches to a vest or plate carrier via a Laser-Cut MOLLE interface and carries three MOLLE panels — one front, two sides. The front panel has a loop field for ID patches. A quick-release strap with a buckle lets you tear the pouch off in an instant when every second counts.

Inside is a single compartment with elastic loops to keep medical supplies organised; the dual YKK zipper opens the pouch suitcase-style for full access to its contents. A Velcro tab with a pull strap makes opening easy under any conditions.
