The M-Tac Elite Horizontal Medical Pouch (Large) is an IFAK pouch for first-aid supplies, made of two parts: a bag with an internal organizer and a base the bag clips into quickly. Built from durable 500D Cordura that keeps its shape and does not deform when wet.
The bag closes with dual zippers for access from either side; the water-resistant AquaGuard YKK zipper protects the contents from moisture. The base uses laminated Cordura with LaserCut technology and attaches via MOLLE to a vest or backpack.
A Velcro panel on the front takes patches or emblems — a flag or unit insignia, for example. The pouch comes in two colours for quick identification: traditional red for medical kits, or black for a lower profile.
Wipe with a damp cloth; hand wash if needed. Dry completely before storage.
