The M-Tac Roll Elite is a horizontal medical pouch with a unique roll profile that takes up minimal space and does not interfere with other kit or with sitting in a vehicle. Made from Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron — exceptionally strong, wear-resistant materials.
The pouch consists of two parts: an outer holder (the mounting element) and an IFAK — individual first-aid kit. The outer holder has adjustable volume and provides open dual-sided access to the kit. The first-aid bag attaches with Velcro; a thermal UP marking on its front flap shows the correct orientation inside the holder.
An internal elastic-loop panel organises medical supplies (supplies not included). The front flap carries a two-colour identifier — traditional red or low-visibility black. The pouch mounts in the rear pocket of a plate carrier or in any holder with a Velcro closure.
Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally.
