M-Tac Elite Combat Medic Tactical Medical Pack

M-Tac Elite Combat Medic is designed as a fully functional mobile stabilisation station built around the MARCH/TCCC medical algorithm.

The main compartment opens like a suitcase. Inside are 3 clear and 2 mesh pockets for the MARCH system, each with a hook-and-loop strip for stage markers. Each side has 4 integrated elastic sleeves for C-A-T-style tourniquets. Outside: 2 admin compartments, an integrated scissors holder in Hypalon and a pocket for up to six pairs of medical gloves.

Made from Cordura Squadron, Cordura 500D and Cordura 1000D (base panel). Extra rigidity comes from Milliken Tegris thermoplastic composite and 4 mm EVA foam. At the bottom, a MOLLE-attached pocket for a thermal blanket or stretcher. Shoulder straps with chest and waist load-distribution straps. Weight 2.2 kg, dimensions 43 × 26 × 11 cm.
