The M-Tac Medical Pouch Vertical Large Gen.II Elite is designed to store all essential medical supplies in the field or on duty. The key upgrade over the previous generation is a pair of side MOLLE strips that let you attach a tourniquet holder or medical shears.
Both the outer pocket and the internal organiser are made from Cordura 500D — a durable material resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. Internal side walls with nylon strips help the pouch hold its shape, while an additional strap secures the first-aid kit.
The internal organiser has three compartments and two-level elastic bands for sorting medical supplies. The organiser flap clips to the outer pouch as a retainer, allowing the whole kit to be pulled out in one move. The pouch attaches to kit via a Laser Cut MOLLE system.
Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry naturally, away from direct heat.
